Put together the best team you ever have. We owe that to each other. If I can expect you to be at your best in every situation, I must be at mine. Be ready to move on or counter everything thrown at you and in doing that you force me to do the same. It is only then that we can honor each other and our efforts as well as our outcomes.
The best line in our constitution, to me, is “The Pursuit of Happiness”. There are no guarantees of that as an outcome, but EVERYONE is granted the right of pursuit. If we get after it like never before, then every move forward is a win. Happiness doesn’t have a finish line. It is merely an endless pursuit, and in that fact lies our forefathers genius. With this in mind, this community we are building cannot lose.
